Shipping - We Accept Repairs From Anywhere

Prepaid Shipping Label (fastest): Use our shipping label generator to fill out the online repair form and receive your free shipping label sent via pdf to your email. Choose between UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Business Reply Mail: Use the pre-addressed business reply envelope left at your office to mail handpieces to our mailbox. Alternatively, download the order form and business reply label from our website.

Pickup - A Convenient Option for Customers on Indy's Northside

Step 1: Check if your office is within our free pickup/drop-off area

 

Step 2: Click the button in the upper-right to be taken to our booking site.

​

Step 3: On the scheduled date, leave your handpieces at the front desk and we will pick them up.

​

Step 4: We will return them to you when complete.
