In 2025, I was preparing for a career change. My family was planning on moving back to Indianapolis and I was ready for a pivot in my work. Up until then, I had only worked for large industrial companies. I started out in engineering and worked my way up through various roles, eventually managing a factory that produced large assemblies for aircraft.

 

I decided that I wanted to apply all that I learned from my ten years of experience to grow a small business. I have a passion for process improvement as a significant portion of my career to date has been focused on learning and applying the same best practices developed by world-class industrial organizations like Toyota and Danaher, something I am working to do everyday at Northshore Handpiece Repair.

 

As a plant manager, I share your understanding of how important it is to have reliable assets, and the pain of having machinery which is down for maintenance or fails unexpectedly. I also appreciate how small details make or break the reliability of highly engineered products like handpieces.
